Day 1: Arrival in Aswan – Aswan City Tour
Welcome to Aswan! Upon arrival at Aswan Airport or train station, our representative will meet you and assist with your transfer to the Nile cruise to begin your exploration of Aswan.
Start with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, constructed between 1960 and 1970 to regulate the Nile’s flooding. Then, visit the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis, revered for love and beauty in ancient Egyptian mythology.
Conclude your tour with a stop at the Unfinished Obelisk, the largest known ancient obelisk commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut. Return to the cruise for lunch and overnight accommodation.
